Beside King Saud University and close to the new Riyadh Metro, Sumou Park is planned as a quarter to be discovered on foot. Homes open onto shaded courtyards and tree-lined streets, and cafés and shops spill out at ground level, bringing the ease of a true neighbourhood to the heart of the capital.
