On King Khalid Street, at the centre of Al Khobar, Sumou Center gives the city a new place to live, work and gather. Designed by DLR Group, a stepped residential tower and the group’s own headquarters rise above a podium of gardens and shaded walks. Residents return to an infinity pool, a spa, a library and a private cinema, while the street below stays green and open to all. The design was named Future Project of the Year at the Design Middle East Awards KSA 2026.
